About Dog Coach Niccole

2. She was in the US Navy for 9 years and graduated from Navy Police Academy in 1996. She was certified as a Dog Handler by the USAF.
3. She was stationed on the island of Crete, Greece for 2 years.
4. She was stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii for 2 years.
5. She won 1st place in Scouting, Hawaii State Canine Competition in 1999.
6. She had her own personal dog for 13 years. Her name was Sasha.
7. She graduated from UC Irvine in 2009 with a BA in English.

Like so many Americans, Niccole Rumans found herself without a job collecting unemployment during the pandemic. In knowing that unemployment was only a temporary fix, Niccole decided to invest that money into her own dog training company called the San Diego Dog Coaching Company, relying on her past military skills as a former US Navy dog handler. She quickly discovered that dog owners still needed help in managing their canine's behavioral problems and that she could provide an effective solution, coaching and training both dog and owner. It is her philosophy that dogs need to be coached daily towards good pack behavior, living with their humans.
